It makes sense that homes in the entry level price range sell quickly - they are in short supply. Luxury "move up" homes on the other hand tend to sit a bit longer, especially if a few of your neighbors decide to sell at the same time. 

This home exuded style and with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3,500+ SqFt of living space and half of an acre of land, it was a dream move up home and easy to market because... well just look at it! 

The challenge here was setting the right price in relation to the other homes for sale in this great neighborhood. Four Corners works hard to provide all the information needed to their clients in order to advice on a list price, the final decision is always up to the client (in this case, the client was a Four Corner's agent). The client knew their home was being marketed beyond industry standard and if they wanted to sell quickly they needed to adjust their price to make their home the obvious choice for the buyers their home was vying for. 

They decided on a 2% price reduction and 4 days later - SOLD!
